- Eligibility: All undergraduate students in 3rd, 4th, or 5th year from the Affiliated Universities are eligible as the applicant for the Y-E-S Award in Cambodia.
- The Faculties of Science and Faculties of Engineering of Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP)
- The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC)
- The Faculty of Agricultural Technology and Management and The Faculty of Agro-Industry of Royal University of Agriculture (RUA)
- Under the age of 25 at one of the affiliated universities as of the application date.
- They need to have excellent school records and have decided or intend to attend a graduate school in or outside of Cambodia
- Desired applicants are those whose GPA reaches at least 3.0 in total during their study in related fields.

Application Process: Since there is a strong collaboration from affiliated universities, top 10 students will be selected and sent to YAO Cambodia with the application form and other supported documents. The deadline of receiving the applicant will be during August.

Affiliation: Each year, prior to the start of the application process, the HOF will announce the list of the affiliated universities, schools, and majors without capping the number of applications to be accepted.
Application Materials: What must be submitted includes the applicant’s official academic records, and/or an interim report on research paper.
- Registration: All applications will be registered at the YAO Cambodia.
