All Y-E-S Award recipients will be formally notified by the YAO Cambodia.

The Y-E-S Award ceremony will be held during February each year at the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center, a university hall, or other venue, with guests including university officials, intellectuals, students interested, newspapers and television.

Several years after the launch of this program, Y-E-S Award Plus recipients returning home from their study in Japan could be given an opportunity to present their research paper at this ceremony.
